While visiting Southern California last month I was relaxing in my brothers backyard and eyed a tree with purple flowers.
On the ground below there were dropped flowers with seed pods among them.
My bother told me the tree was a Jacaranda. When I picked a pod up off the ground it automatically looked like a stingray to me. Not thinking why that thought immediately came to mind, it clicked later that day. I had been to the Long Beach Aquarium the day before and watched stingrays swim and feed in a outdoor pool.
Simply glued on some movable eyes I had in my craft things and it became a stingray.
Lol! I guess that would make 2 pros for the tree (very pretty and you can make cute stingray crafts out of it and 1 con (it's horribly messy)!
